The Season of Creation is a time for Christians to focus on God as creator and offers us an opportunity to reflect on our relationship with creation. The Season of Creation runs from 1 September to 4 October and its official web site has a rich store of liturgical and theological resources to help you to celebrate the season. Fr Denis Edwards, prominent Australian ecological theologian, will present a professional development day titled Jesus and the Universe Story on Friday 13 September, 8.30 AM – 2.30 PM, at the EREA Office, Nudgee College, Kate Street, Indooroopilly.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain a greater understanding of how ecological theology has developed within the Christian tradition.  Cost is $110 waged, $80 unwaged.  Bookings are essential by Friday 30 August.  Please contact Br Jim Darcy to enquire or to book at bjdarcy@edmundrice.org
